I believe students as young as elementary school can learn the basics of Algebra. And if they can learn it, I think they should. If a child successfully interacts with higher math at an early age, it gives them a jump on the ideas, fosters confidence, and lowers math anxiety.
This workbook is designed to help elementary students get an introduction to the key concepts of Algebra. But it would be a helpful tool for any student who is not yet in Pre-Algebra. Through the workbook, your student will self-discover the basics of solving equations, factoring, and relations. All that the workbook requires is a mastery of the multiplication and division tables.
